800lbs Weight Capacity, a result of durable heavy duty 2-inch by 2-inch tubular steel frame construction, gives this cage incredible strength. Large walk-in space provides easy side-to-side movement. The cage is Third Party ASTM Tested for Weight Limit. It comes with two 23” long chrome dual-mounted safety bars and two 3 ¼” long chrome lock-on safety bars. These safety bars are compatible with 7’ Olympic bars.

There are 19 adjustable height levels, with each pair of bars able to handle a weight capacity of 800 lbs. This allows for a total range of workout positions ideal for exercises like squats, shrugs, chin ups/pull ups, incline/decline bench presses, and other strength training exercises. Rear stability bars are also provided for solid-state performance during strength-training exercises.

The purchase includes One Fitness Reality LAT Pull-Down attachment for the Super Max Power Cage, but the Power Cage, Olympic bar, weight plates, and bench are not included. To use 2” Olympic plates, Olympic Adapter Sleeves (Not Included) are necessary. The weight plate capacity is 270 lbs.

The high and low row pulley systems include a high tensile strength nylon-coated cable and an easy glide 2” x 2” chrome guide rail for smooth operation. Additionally, one 39” bar and one 20” low row bar attachments with foam grips are included for a variety of exercises targeting the upper back, shoulders, and arms.

The Ball Bearing Pulley Systems provide smooth operation, while the extended lower rear crossbar offers extra space for fitting in benches and a footrest for seated row exercises. A 6.5” long weight plate storage post and two 1-inch Spring Clip Collars are also included. This equipment can be used with both Olympic or standard weight plates.
