REP Fitness, a brand founded by two gym-loving brothers in Colorado in 2012, offers a full line of gym gear designed by in-house weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in a small 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage in Longmont, Colorado. Their goal was to bring back the art of customer experience, creating a space where people's eyes would light up when they walked in. They also aimed to sell high-quality gear that they themselves would buy, use, and love.

In 2023, REP pledged $100,000 to charities supporting military and first responder families, emphasizing their respect for those who provide freedom and security. The three charities they donated to are the First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
