Rep Fitness, founded in 2012 by two gym-loving brothers based in Colorado, offers a full line of gym gear designed by in-house weightlifting engineers for both commercial and home gyms. Brothers Ryan and Shane Mcgrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, in a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront with a two-car garage. Despite the humble beginnings, their goal was to provide excellent customer service and offer high-quality gear that they would personally buy, use, and love themselves.

REP Fitness gives back to the community by supporting police, fire, and military personnel. In 2023, the company pledged $100,000 to three charities that assist military and first responder families, continuing their tradition of honoring those who serve our nation and communities. The charities supported include The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
