Brothers Ryan and Shane McGrotty started REP in Longmont, Colorado, with a modest 1,200-square-foot retail storefront and a two-car garage. Despite the humble beginnings, their goal was to provide customers with a unique and exceptional experience. They stocked their space with high-quality gear that they themselves would use and love, aiming to bring back the art of customer service.

In an effort to give back and show appreciation for those who ensure our freedom and security, REP Fitness pledged $100,000 in 2023 to three charities supporting military and first responder families. The charities include The First Responders Children's Foundation, Folds of Honor, and the Gary Sinise Foundation.
